Dynamic Properties
Updated
Dynamic properties (DPs) control access to certain features in a Sprinklr customer environment at the Customer (Global) or Workspace level. They function like switches that can be turned on to enable the corresponding feature in your environment.
There are multiple reasons why access to certain features is controlled by a dynamic property, including:
Custom Requirements: To meet your unique business requirements.
Controlled Rollouts: To gradually introduce new features in a controlled manner.
Feature Entitlement: To manage entitlement to access a feature.
Critical Issue Resolution: To send a fix for a critical issue.
Enablement process
To enable a feature controlled by a dynamic property in your environment, contact your Success Manager or Sprinklr Admin. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
