To enable the care console manager, we need to create a global role. This can be accessed by going into platform settings and under the ‘manage customer’ category, we can see global roles. By adding a new role, we can name the role, set scope as global and add the permissions for “Record Page Builder” as shown in the image below.

We can add the user/user groups in this global role and all those users will have access to the care console manager/record page builder. Similarly, removing the users from this role will disable the access to care console manager/record page builder. The Care console manager will be under ‘Agent Augmentation’ in the Sprinklr home page under ‘Sprinklr Service’.
