Feature Settings Page for Managing Dynamic Properties
Updated
Overview
The Feature Settings page is a centralized place in Sprinklr where administrators can view, search, and manage feature-level settings that were previously controlled through Dynamic Properties (DPs). It gives organizations more control over their environment by reducing reliance on support tickets. This article is intended for Sprinklr administrators and workspace owners who manage configuration settings across modules.
What You Can Do on the Feature Settings Page
The Feature Settings page allows you to:
Search, View, and Modify DPs that your organization can configure.
Turn features on or off without manual intervention from engineers or raising a support ticket
Speed up enablement and updates for core configuration changes.
Manage configurations in one unified interface instead of multiple pages.
Enablement and Permissions
The Feature Settings page follows strict RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to ensure only authorized users can view or modify settings. Permissions can be managed under Edit → Role Permissions → Feature Settings, where administrators can grant edit access by role.
For Workspace Settings, users must have Edit permission and be either a Workspace Admin or Global Admin. Only Workspace Admins or Global Admins can view these settings.
For Global Settings, users must have Edit permission and be a Global Admin to make changes, while Workspace Admins and Global Admins can view them.
Supported DP types
The Feature Settings page currently supports the following types of DPs:
Boolean: Toggle between on/off or true/false.
Enumerated: Select a value from a predefined dropdown list.
Numeric or Free-text: Enter numbers or text as needed.
