Within Gallery, you can add images to the desired text-only posts to make your posts stand out. This can be done by adding an image URL in the Screenshot custom property field within the Engagement Dashboard. The added image will be shown as the post image within the Gallery after you refresh the window. Please note that if a post already has an image, then it will not override the current image.

To Add Image URL to Posts in Engagement Dashboard

1. Click the New Tab icon . on your Sprinklr platform. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

2. In the Engagement Dashboards window, navigate to the desired text-only post to which you want to add the image and click Set Message Properties.

3. On the Message Custom Properties pop-up window, paste your Image URL in the Screenshot field. Click Save in the bottom right corner.
   

To View Post Image in Gallery

Refresh the gallery window where the text-only post resides to see the image appearing on it.
