Sprinklr Gallery allows you to set up the previews for link and quoted tweets directly on your website embeds allowing your visitors to quickly have a glimpse of these posts, providing them with more context without the need of clicking individual posts for additional details.

You can fine tune the design to your liking with color combinations to make them stand allowing you to drive more engagement with the content hosted on your website.

To set up Link Preview

1. Click the New Tab icon and select Gallery under Love.

2. On the Gallery Manager window, click the desired Gallery of your choice.

3. Simply click the design tab on the right side, and select from following under Link Preview.

   Show in Post: If this is checked, previews are shown on the cards even when they are collapsed.

   Show in Card: If this is checked, previews are shown when the user clicks on the card to expand them.

4. Select the border color to your liking from the color picker and publish the changes.

5. To turn the previews off, simply uncheck them and publish your changes.

To set up Quoted Tweets

1. Click the New Tab icon and select Gallery under Love.

2. On the Gallery Manager window, click the desired Gallery of your choice.

3. Simply click the design tab on the right side, and select from following under Quoted Tweet.

   Show in Post: If this is checked, previews are shown on the cards even when they are collapsed.

   Show in Card: If this is checked, previews are shown when the user clicks on the card to expand them.

4. Select the border color to your liking from the color picker and publish the changes.

5. To turn the previews off, simply uncheck them and publish your changes.

Limitations

• Link previews are only supported for Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Media thumbnails are not supported in previews with the 17.10 release.

• Show in Post functionality is supported for following layouts.
