Benefits
Streamlines the process of onboarding new team members by allowing precise control over user access and permissions.
How to Add Users to the Platform?
Setup via the Enterprise platform
Open All Settings > Users
Click on Add User button on the top right.
Add in the required details, custom fields and select the Product Seat as Distributed and tick the checkbox Is Distributed User.
Select the static user groups you want to include the user in and then select the primary user group from the list.
Click Save.

Note: To assign a Primary User Group to the distributed user, the user needs to be a part of that user group. If the primary user group is a dynamic user group, you need to do either one of the following:
1. Manual Configuration
Set the defining properties of the dynamic user group on the user and click on Save button.
Once the above is done, the user becomes a part of the user group. Now edit the user again and choose the primary user group (which was a dynamic user group) from the dropdown and save the user again.
2. User Rule Configuration
The user rules need to be set up and using them based on some properties, \the user can be assigned a Primary User Group through the rule.

Note: You need to have the USER_RULE_ENGINE_ENABLED DP enabled in the environment to be able to configure user rules.
And there is one additional DP ONLY_ASSIGN_PRIMARY_GROUP_RE_ENABLED: The rule will not update the properties of the user by force to include them in the user group and will only assign the primary user group even though the defining properties of the dynamic user group might not be matching with the user properties.
