Bulk Profile Review - Admin Initiated
Updated
Overview
Bulk Profile Review enables administrators to proactively review distributed users' social media profiles without waiting for users to make profile changes. Instead of relying on user-initiated updates, administrators can create review configurations that automatically generate profile review tasks for selected users and accounts on a one-time or recurring basis.
This feature helps organizations maintain profile consistency, comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure that distributed social profiles remain up to date with the latest branding and policy guidelines.
Bulk Profile Review supports scheduled review campaigns across supported social channels and provides administrators with granular control over the accounts, profile fields, workflows, and review frequency.
Note: This is a Limited Availability (LA) feature, and access to it is controlled by a dynamic property (DP). To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
