How to set it up
1. Need to enable ‘Workspace Settings’ for the required Control Panel from the Distributed Control Panel.
2. Click on the ‘Save’ button.
3. Need to give the below ‘User’ permissions to the required Distributed user(s) through a new/existing global or workspace role depending upon the workflow.
4. Required User rules must be configured to assign Primary User Group to the newly added user to access Distributed.
Add a new user from Distributed UI
1. Click on ‘Profile & Settings’ at the bottom of the Menu bar to the left.
2. Choose ‘Workspace Settings’ tab and then click on ‘Add Member’.
3. Fill in the required details of the user like First Name, Last Name, Email, Language, etc. and then click on Save button.
Creation for Distributed users outside your Organization Domains
If your organization has allowed only selective domains for user creation and you try to add a user from a domain not preferred by your organization, you will see the following error notification.
