To ensure that the users on the Sprinklr platform are set up with the appropriate access to the Marketing features, you need to assign the right set of permissions to their roles. To review the basics of adding users, see Add a User, and to learn more about adding a role, see Add a Role.

Workflow Engine
Permission | Description |
View | Allows users to view workflows. |
