Configure Guided Workflow Runner in Left Panel in Agent Person App

Use the Guided Workflow Runner menu item to launch guided workflows directly from the left navigation panel of an Agent Persona App.
Note:
You can add multiple Guided Workflow Runner menu items to a single persona.
You can add only one Guided Workflow Manager menu item to a persona.
Steps to Add Guided Workflow Runner to the Left Panel
- Click New Tab.
- Under Sprinklr Service, select All Settings from Listen.
- In Settings, select Miscellaneous from the left pane.
- Navigate to Persona App Manager.
- Open the Agent Persona App where you want to add the Guided Workflow Runner (for example, Inbound Agent).
- Click +.
- In Menu Item, search for and select Guided Workflow Runner.
Under Menu Item Group, choose where the menu item appears:
- Primary: Displays the Guided Workflow Runner in the primary menu group.
- Secondary: Displays the Guided Workflow Runner in the secondary menu group.
- Footer: Displays the Guided Workflow Runner in the footer menu group.
- Click Add.
- Select the newly added Guided Workflow Runner from the menu item list.
- Click Update.
- Click Publish.
The Guided Workflow Runner is added to the left navigation panel of the selected Agent Persona App and becomes available to users.
Configure Guided Workflow Runner
When you select Guided Workflow Runner, the Configurator pane opens. Configure the following settings:
Setting | Description |
Label | Specifies the display name shown in the Agent Persona app. |
Icon | Selects the icon displayed in the left navigation panel. |
Ignore Last Visited URL | Opens the default page instead of returning to the last page visited within the menu item. |
Retain State on Switching Tabs | Preserves workflow progress, inputs, and navigation when users switch between tabs, allowing them to resume where they left off. |
Hide Header | Hides the workflow header during workflow execution in the Persona App. |
