Use Global Variables in Guided Workflows by importing them into your workflow resources. Once imported, these variables are available throughout the workflow and can be reused across nodes and configurations.

Steps to Import Global Variables

1. Select the New Tab icon.
2. Under Sprinklr Service, go to Resolve > Guided Workflows.
3. In the left navigation pane, select Guided Workflow Manager.
4. Open an existing Guided Workflow or create a new one.
5. Select Manage Resources in the upper-right corner.
6. Select the arrow next to Create New Resource, and then select Import Global Variable.
7. In the Global Variables window, select one or more Global Variables from the list.
8. Select Save.

View Imported Global Variables

After saving the selected variables:

1. Open Manage Resources again.
2. Navigate to the Global Resources section.

The imported Global Variables appear under Global Resources and are available for use throughout the workflow.
