Overview
It’s a summarization feature that provides a summary of the case on which the particular guided workflow is running. Before starting a guided workflow, as an agent, you can add the AI+ summary component to get contextual information about a case. Once the component is added, the preconfigured API model generates a summary based on past interactions and activities within the case. This summary helps you quickly understand the context and proceed more effectively through the workflow.
Note: When the Case Summary feature is not shared with a user, the following message is displayed:
The Case Summary feature is currently unavailable for your account. Access to this feature is managed by your administrator. Please contact your admin if you believe you should have access.
Various Fields in Sprinklr AI+ Field
API Name: It is a unique identifier that can be used as a reference to the value of this component. Please ensure there are no hyphens or spaces, and that the name does not start with a number or underscore.
Label: This field allows you to name the attached file. If you want to customize the name, you can use this component to define it.
API Model: You can select the models that have been pre-configured in the system.
Set Incoming Mapping:
Custom Prompt: Only one Custom Prompt is supported, i.e., CaseNumber.
Output Variable Label: The case number can either be auto-detected (typically the parent case) or manually selected if the agent wants to refer to a specific case.
Note: If Disable GenAI toggle is enabled, the Sprinklr AI+ Field input component will not be available for you. For more details regarding this toggle feature, you can refer to Bulk Enable/Disable Generative AI.
