AI+ workflow summarisation enables administrators to automatically generate concise, standardised descriptions for guided workflows using AI. This capability analyses existing workflow metadata and structure to create a short summary that can be reviewed and applied directly to the Description field, improving discoverability, onboarding, and operational efficiency.

Enablement

Sprinklr Copilot for Guided Workflow summarisation is enabled through Feature Management in AI+ Studio. Once enabled, administrators can generate AI‑powered summaries for Guided Workflows across supported entry points.

Steps to Enable Workflow Summarisation

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Platform Modules, select AI+ Studio within Learn.

2. On the AI+ Studio homepage, click Feature Access Management.

3. Locate Workflow Summarisation from the feature list.

   • You can use the search bar for quick access if needed.

4. Click the More Actions (three-dot) icon next to Workflow Summarisation.

5. Select Enable Feature.

6. In the confirmation dialogue, click Yes to proceed.

7. Once the feature is enabled, a 'Feature Enabled' snackbar notification is displayed, confirming successful activation.

You can also:

• Refresh the summary to generate updated insights

• Compare the existing description with the newly generated summary

• Directly update the Description field with the AI-generated content

Once updated, the Description field accurately represents the workflow’s intent and functionality, improving visibility, usability, and collaboration across teams.

Generate Workflow Summary

You can generate a summary for a guided workflow using Sprinklr Copilot from multiple entry points. This flexibility allows administrators to create and manage workflow summaries directly from where they review or configure workflows.

After generating a summary, you can:

• Refresh the summary to generate updated insights

• Compare the existing description with the newly generated summary

• Update the Description field directly with the AI-generated content

Once updated, the Description field accurately reflects the workflow’s intent and functionality, improving visibility, usability, and collaboration across teams.

Guided Workflow Canvas

1. Open the Guided Workflow in the Guided Workflow Canvas.

2. Click the Sprinklr Copilot icon from the top bar.

Sprinklr Copilot analyses the workflow and generates a summary instantly.

Guided Workflow Manager

1. Navigate to Guided Workflow Manager.

2. From Quick Actions, click Sprinklr Copilot for the selected workflow.

The Guided Workflow summary is generated directly from the manager view.

Guided Workflow Settings

1. In the Guided Workflow Manager, click Edit Settings from the Quick Actions menu.

2. In the Update Guided Workflow window, click the Sprinklr Copilot icon within the Description field.

The AI‑generated summary appears, allowing you to review and update the workflow description as needed.
