You can add or update brands directly through Excel spreadsheet import functionality. The valid extensions are CSV or XLSX. As an expansion to the existing brand import functionality, this feature supports the massive import of multiple lists of brands at a time.

To bulk import Brands

1. Click the New Tab icon, then select All Settings.

   

2. Under Settings, search for Import Configuration.

3. Under Export Platform Configuration, select the three dots next to Brands, and then export the file.

   ​

4. In the exported file, fill in the required fields listed in the following table, and then save the file.

   Field	Description	Accepted Values
   Op Type	Specifies the action to perform on the brand.	Update: Updates an existing brand. Delete: Removes a brand.
   Brand Type	Name of the brand.	Any valid brand name.
   Brand Category	Category that the brand belongs to.	My Brand, Influencer, Competitor
   Is Account Public	Indicates whether the account is public.	Y
   Account URL	URL of the account.	Enter the exact URL.

5. Upload the file in Import Configurator, as shown. And save the uploaded file.

6. Select Import. A new entry appears in the list. Wait until the status changes to Complete.

   

   Note: The bulk import brands feature has been discontinued in 26.4.1 release. We are currently working on an updated experience planned for the later release and will share an update once it is available again.
