Sprinklr Admin Copilot: Create and Edit IVR Workflows

Updated

Sprinklr Admin Copilot enables users to efficiently create, edit, and simulate IVR (Interactive Voice Response) workflows by leveraging natural language prompts, eliminating the need for manual configuration of nodes and connections. Users can simply describe the desired IVR flow, request modifications to existing workflows, or test customer journeys directly through chat. All changes are instantly reflected on the IVR canvas, enabling seamless transitions between conversational and visual editing modes.

This feature is designed to streamline the process of building and maintaining IVR workflows, making it especially valuable for implementation consultants, administrators, and support teams. By reducing the complexity of the IVR Builder, Sprinklr Admin Copilot lowers the learning curve and significantly boosts productivity.

The Copilot also provides the ability to simulate customer journeys, group related IVR nodes by business purpose, and generate plain-language summaries that explain the IVR’s business intent, customer experience, key decision points, and possible outcomes. This approach makes it easier to understand, navigate, and maintain complex IVR flows, supports better knowledge sharing, and accelerates onboarding for new team members, ensuring that IVR configurations remain clear and up to date as changes are made.

Creating an IVR Using Chat Prompts

You can create a complete IVR workflow by describing the desired customer journey in natural language.

Example Prompt: Create an IVR where callers can press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Support, and press 3 for Business Hours.

The Copilot automatically generates:

  • Required IVR nodes

  • Node connections

  • Routing paths

  • Customer prompts

  • Decision logic

Editing Existing IVR Workflows

You can make changes to an existing IVR by entering instructions in the chat panel.

Example Prompts:

  1. Add a hold music node before agent transfer.

  2. Change the Support menu option from 2 to 5.

  3. Update the welcome greeting.

  4. Add a language selection menu before the main menu.

The Copilot updates the workflow and reflects the changes on the canvas in real time.

You also have to verify the generated workflow by opening and saving each node created by AI.
