Suggestion Mode in Campaign Briefs
Updated
You can use Suggesting Mode to propose edits and review changes directly within Campaign, Sub-campaign, and Message Briefs. It highlights suggested edits directly in the brief, making updates easy to identify.
This article explains how to enable Suggesting Mode, create suggestions, open the Suggestions panel, review changes, add comments, and take action on suggestions.
Permissions and visibility
Your ability to view and act on suggestions depends on your access level.
Access level | What you can do |
Edit access | Accept or reject suggestions. Add comments. |
Suggest/Collaborate access | Create, edit, and comment on suggestions. |
View access | Cannot view suggestions. |
How Suggesting mode works
To switch to Suggesting Mode and add suggestions in a brief,
Go to the required Campaign and then select Briefs.
Open the required brief. The brief opens in Editing mode by default.
Select Suggesting Mode from the dropdown at the top of the brief editor. Any edits you make now appear as suggestions in the brief.

Add your suggestions in the brief, Sprinklr highlights the updates in green and records each change as a suggestion.
Select View Suggestions in the top-right corner of the brief editor to open the right-side Suggestions panel.

Keep the Suggestions panel open, and then select highlighted content in the brief. Sprinklr maps the selected content to the corresponding suggestion in the panel.
Review the suggestion in the Suggestions panel. The panel shows the details of the selected change.
Note: Suggestions are available only in Editing Mode and Suggesting Mode. Suggestions are not visible in Viewing Mode.
Manage suggestions
You can review and act on suggestions directly from the Suggestions panel. The panel lets you manage feedback and track decisions.
You can:
Accept or reject suggestions, based on your access.
Add comments under the suggestions and collaborate using @mentions.

Sprinklr retains suggestions after you take action and shows their status with clear indicators:
Accepted suggestions show a green indicator.
Rejected suggestions show a red indicator.
Suggestions include additions, deletions, and replacements.
Filter, sort, and track suggestions
You can manage multiple suggestions using built-in controls:
Filter by status: All, Open, Accepted, or Rejected.
Sort suggestions by creation time in ascending or descending order.
View the count of open suggestions on the View Suggestions button.

Collaborate on suggestions
You can use comments within each suggestion to discuss changes. Add comments directly to a suggestion and use @mentions to involve relevant users in the discussion. Sprinklr keeps all conversations linked to the specific suggestion, so you can review feedback without losing context.
Sprinklr notifies users when someone adds a comment, when they are part of a discussion, or when they are mentioned. This helps you stay updated and respond promptly to feedback.
