Use this feature when your AI Agent needs to respond to:

• Custom FAQs

• Questions not addressed by other content sources

Steps to add question‑answer pairs

1. In the AI Agent dashboard, go to Training Content and select View All under Question‑Answer Pairs.

2. In the Question‑Answer Pairs window, select Add Question‑Answer Pairs in the upper‑right corner.

3. In the Add Content window:

   • Enter a clear, descriptive Title for the content.

   • Define questions manually by selecting the Add icon to include variations.

   

4. Specify the Answer you want the AI Agent to provide when it encounters any of the defined questions.

5. Select Save.
