When to Use Question Answer Pairs

Use Question Answer Pairs to add custom FAQs and responses that are not covered by your existing knowledge sources. This helps your AI Agent provide consistent answers to commonly asked questions.

Add Question Answer Pairs

1. In the Knowledge window, select Configure in the Question Answer Pairs section.
2. On the Question Answer Pairs page, click Add Question Answer Pairs.
3. In the Create Question Answer Pair window, enter one or more question variations. Click the Add icon to add additional variations.
4. Enter the response that the AI Agent should provide when it receives a matching question.
5. Click Save.

Sync Question Answer Pairs

Use Sync Now to manually sync Question Answer Pairs without waiting for the next automatic sync cycle.

With Sync Now, you can:

• Trigger synchronization on demand.
• Sync multiple supported knowledge sources in a single action.

Delete a Question Answer Pair

To remove a Question Answer Pair, click the Options icon next to the entry and select Delete.
