Add content sources to the knowledge base
Updated
This article explains how to integrate content from your Knowledge Base into an AI Agent application using Sprinklr. By syncing your content repository, you enable your AI Agent to deliver accurate, context-aware responses to user queries.
When to Use the Knowledge Base Content Source
Use the Knowledge Base as a content source when your AI Agent needs to answer questions using information from:
Sprinklr Knowledgebase (knowledge content/training content)
Your brand’s Content Management System (CMS)
If you're using a CMS, connect it to the Sprinklr Knowledge Base to transfer content seamlessly. Once integrated, the AI Agent can access and learn from this content, improving its ability to respond accurately.
Benefits of Syncing with the Knowledge Base
Keeps your AI Agent’s knowledge up to date
Enables content filtering by language, tags, or custom fields
Supports automatic synchronization at scheduled intervals
Ensures only relevant and approved content is used
