Knowledge Content plays a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy and relevance of AI Agent responses. Users can upload various content sources such as documents, FAQs, and knowledge articles. The AI Agent leverages this information using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver precise and context-aware answers.
Accessing Knowledge Content
Follow these steps to navigate to the Knowledge Content section of your AI Agent-
Create a new AI Agent or click the Manage icon next to an existing one.
Define Knowledge, Skills, and Tasks, click View next to the Knowledge Content option.
You will be redirected to the Knowledge Content window where you can manage and upload your content sources.
