View Details
View metadata associated with the content source in the third pane, including details such as the owner, creation date, and other relevant information. You can also add notes to support future reference and collaboration.
For Document content sources, the Versions tab allows you to:
- View previously uploaded versions.
- Download earlier versions.
- Upload a new file to replace the current version.
Update Version
Replace an existing Document content source by uploading a newer version of the file while retaining the same content source entry.
Activate
Activate a content source to make it available for retrieval by the AI Agent. Once activated, the content source begins synchronizing with the ML service. Depending on the file size, synchronization is typically completed within 30 minutes.
Deactivate
Deactivate a content source to prevent the AI Agent from using its information during retrieval.
You may choose to deactivate a content source when:
- The information is outdated.
- The content is inaccurate.
- The content is no longer required.
Deactivation typically completes within 15 minutes, depending on the size of the content source.
Add Tags
Create and assign tags to organize content sources. Tags can be used to improve content categorization and help AI Agents retrieve more relevant information during response generation.
Download Parsed File
Download the parsed version of uploaded documents or Knowledge Base articles to review how the content has been processed before it is used for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Reviewing the parsed file helps you:
- Verify that the content was parsed correctly.
- Identify formatting or parsing issues.
- Understand the information available to the AI Agent during retrieval.
Re-sync
Use Re-sync to reprocess an existing content source and synchronize its latest content with the AI Agent knowledge base.
Delete
Delete a content source to permanently remove it from the AI Agent knowledge base. After deletion, the content source and its associated data cannot be recovered.
