No, while some use-case like Customer Experience Insights, Hashtag tracking, Know your audience etc. are available for all 10 industries, other use-cases like Product Innovation and Employee advocacy are available for selected industries at the moment. When you select any use case, the drop-down for the Industry shows only the available industries for that use case.

Before using a Use-case Dashboard, you must create topics for your brand and competitors.

Yes, it is possible to make changes to the Use-case Dashboard. Once you launch the Use-case Dashboard in your environment, you can customize and edit as required.

At present, Sprinklr doesn't support a process to add more use-case dashboards on a request basis.
