LLM Insights is available within the Sprinklr Insights product and is designed to help you create, manage, and monitor AI-driven reports from a single interface.

Navigating to LLM Insights

To access LLM Insights:

1. Go to the Launchpad and switch to the Sprinklr Insights persona.

2. Click LLM Insights under Insights with the Learn section.

   

Understand the Layout

When you open LLM Insights, the application is organized into two main views:

• Record Manager: Create, view, and manage all reports in your environment.

  

• Consumption Record Manager: Monitor prompt usage against your contracted limits.

  

By default, you land on the Record Manager.

These views work together to give you a complete understanding of your reporting environment. You can easily track report status, ownership, and usage in one place—helping you stay organized, manage capacity effectively, and ensure uninterrupted reporting.
