Consumption Record Manager
Updated
LLM Insights uses a contracted prompts model, which means your subscription includes a fixed number of prompts that can be used during each billing period.
The Consumption Record Manager helps you stay in control of that usage. It provides clear visibility into how prompts are being consumed so you can plan effectively, avoid disruptions, and get the most value from your reports.
Accessing the Consumption Record Manager
Follow the steps below for the consumption report:
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and then go to the LLM Insights persona app.
Access the Left Pane and then navigate to Consumption Reports, where you can access the consumption record manager.

Monitor usage
At the top of the page, a usage summary provides a quick overview:

Total prompts consumed.
Remaining prompts.
Percentage used during the current billing period.
This helps you track usage in real time and plan ahead.
Set usage alerts
You can enable a Global Alert Threshold to receive notifications when usage reaches a specified limit.
For example, you can set an alert at 5,000 prompts to review consumption before reaching the maximum limit.
This helps prevent unexpected interruptions in report execution.
Prompts Consumption
Prompt usage is directly tied to how your reports are set up:
Each prompt included in a report counts toward your total usage.
Prompts are consumed every time the report refreshes.
Example:
If a report includes 50 prompts and refreshes daily, it uses 50 prompts every day.
As your usage approaches the contracted limit, you can take action:
Purchase additional prompts through your Sprinklr account team.
Disable reports that are no longer needed to free up capacity.
Note: Higher refresh frequency and more reports provide deeper insights, but also increase prompt usage. Plan your setup based on your business priorities.
Report Level Consumption Report
The metrics are listed below:

Field | Description |
Report name | Name of the report. |
Status | Current state of the report (Active or Inactive). |
Prompts | Number of prompts configured. |
Responses generated | Total number of responses produced by the report. |
Manage Reports
You can take action directly from the table to manage your prompt usage efficiently:

Enable or disable reports: Toggle against the report name to enable or disable.
Optimize prompt usage: Disable reports that are no longer required to free up prompt capacity.
This allows you to quickly adjust usage and ensure that your available prompts are prioritized for the reports that deliver the most value.
