Login to the Advocacy Site: SSO Login

Updated

SSO is a method of authentication that allows organizations to maintain a single set of login credentials for each user across all enterprise software, thereby streamlining governance and access control, with the added convenience of users not remembering multiple passwords.

For logging into the Advocacy Site, this might be ideal for employees: advocates can use SSO login, and then either complete the screener to log in to the Advocacy site or skip it entirely if screener autofill is applicable.

Importance

Efficient Onboarding: Streamlining advocate onboarding, Single Sign-On (SSO) automates mandatory Screener Questions, saving time and effort. This feature allows advocates to bypass a lengthy questionnaire, minimizing the risk of drop-off and significantly improving the overall user experience.

Seamless Login Experience: Autofill of mandatory screener questions allows seamless auto-submission, directing advocates straight to the Home Page for swift account connections.

Steps to Login Using SSO

  1. Click the SSO option on the landing page of the Advocacy site and fill in your credentials.

  2. Fill in the Screener Form if required.

  3. Wait for the approval to access the advocacy site or get Auto-approved and start using the site.
