Add a Tag

Identify tagged profiles and messages easily using tags.

The tag allows you to place a visual indicator next to the profile or message in the Sprinklr platform. These visual cues act as an attribute and let you quickly identify the type at a glance. With a quick view, you will be able to tell who your tagged profiles or messages are and whether they are key influencers, competitors, or potential customers.

Note:

  • Tagging is different from Tags in Sprinklr.

  • Tagging is the visual indicator applied on Profile, Message, and Case based on certain conditions whereas Tag is the visual indicator that you set on Profile and Message in the third pane.

To Add a Tag

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under Platform Modules, select All Settings within Listen.

  2. Expand General Settings and then select Tagging (Workspace) or Tagging (Global). 

  3. On the Tagging page, click Add Tag in the top-right corner.

  4. In the Add Tag window, fill in the required details. For more information, see the article section Add Tag — Field Descriptions.

  5. Click Save in the bottom right corner to confirm your tag.

Term
Description
Tag Name

Enter a unique name for your tag.

Asset Classes
Select the asset class from the drop-down menu. The following options are available in the drop-down menu:
  • Message
  • Profile
