Audit AI Agent Conversations

The Audit feature enables you to review current and past conversations and access detailed Audit Logs. These logs provide visibility into response accuracy, language understanding, and error handling, helping you analyze and optimize AI Agent performance.

Access Audit Logs

  1. Open the AI Agent and navigate to Monitor from the left pane.

  2. Select Audit Logs.

  3. Double-click a conversation to open its audit details.

Review Conversation Details

In the Audit Log view, you can:

  • Trace each step of the conversation

  • Review AI Agent responses at every stage

  • Analyze workflow handovers

To inspect additional data:

  • Click the Expand JSON icon to view structured metadata in a readable format.

Manage Audit Logs

Filter Audit Logs

Use filters to narrow down results and focus on specific cases:

  • Containment Status: Contained or Not Contained

  • Channel: Filter by communication channel

  • Case Creation Time: Select a date range

Sort Audit Logs

Organize logs based on relevance using:

  • Case Creation Time

  • Case Due Date

  • Case Modification Time

  • Engagement Score

Refresh Audit Logs

Click Refresh to load the latest audit data without leaving the page.
