This helps in imbibing the best practices while drastically reducing the learning curve for first-time users, allowing them to quickly adapt and start using the platform. The first-time users directly lands on the onboarding module when entering the MM&A app but it can be easily accessed at any time through theicon located at the bottom left of the screen.

Where to find Onboarding Module?

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Media Insights within Learn.

   

2. Select the onboarding module at the bottom left of the platform.

   

3. Now you can start exploring the modules of MM&A.
