Operations Dashboards in Sprinklr help teams efficiently manage response workflows through structured dashboards. They enable supervisors and agents to route, prioritize, and respond to inbound social messages, ensuring faster and more effective resolutions.

By adding an Operations Dashboard to the Supervisor Console persona app, supervisors gain a centralized view of case activity across channels and can take direct actions on cases without leaving the monitoring interface. This makes it easier to streamline case handling, improve team efficiency, and maintain consistent customer engagement.

Configuration

To enable case management from the Supervisor Console persona app, ensure that the Operations Dashboard is added to your Persona App.

  1. Open the Persona App Manager.

  2. Navigate to the Supervisor Console persona app.

  3. Under Dashboards, add the Operations Dashboard.

  4. Configure columns for the required channels to display case and message data.

Operation Dashboard Actions

The Operations Dashboard in the Supervisor Console now supports performing case actions directly from the case list. This enables supervisors to manage cases without leaving the monitoring view.

Available Actions

Supervisors can perform the following actions on individual cases or apply them in bulk:

  • Macro: Apply macros to streamline case handling.

  • Assign: Reassign cases to agents or queues.

  • Priority: Update case priority levels.

These actions simplify case management and improve overall efficiency.
