Gamification Overview
Updated
The Gamification module in Sprinklr enhances agent engagement by converting routine operational tasks into structured, game-based activities. Through points, badges, leaderboards, milestones, and progress tracking, it motivates agents to meet clearly defined business goals while maintaining consistency and accuracy
in their daily work.
Gamification supports higher user adoption, improves productivity, strengthens data quality, and fosters collaboration by aligning game rules and performance metrics with organizational KPIs.
