Gamification Overview

The Gamification module in Sprinklr enhances agent engagement by converting routine operational tasks into structured, game-based activities. Through points, badges, leaderboards, milestones, and progress tracking, it motivates agents to meet clearly defined business goals while maintaining consistency and accuracy
in their daily work.

Gamification supports higher user adoption, improves productivity, strengthens data quality, and fosters collaboration by aligning game rules and performance metrics with organizational KPIs. Access and visibility are controlled through defined personas Admin, Supervisor, Player, Manager, and Watcher ensuring that users interact with gamified programs according to their role and responsibilities.

Description

Admin

Creates and configures games. Has full control over game settings, goals, members, and scoring rules.

Supervisor

Views team-level and individual-level performance across all games involving direct, indirect, and group-level reportees.

Manager

Monitors team performance and can make limited edits, such as updating the game name, leaderboard number, and player targets.

Player

Participates in games. Tracks their own rank, points, and goal progress.

Watcher

Has read-only access to leaderboards, progress bars, drilldowns, and player-level performance data.
