QnA Track Functionality with Service Reporting Copilot

In this article, you’ll learn how QnA Track functionality in Copilot helps you ask reporting-related questions and receive instant, contextual, data-backed answers. Instead of manually analyzing dashboards or building reports, you can simply ask questions in natural language—such as “Find me the agent with the highest AHT” or “Which queue handled the most cases this week?”, and get immediate results.

Copilot understands your queries and delivers quantitative answers by using existing dashboard widgets or virtual views when needed. With this capability, you can:

  • Ask direct questions to instantly retrieve quantitative insights without creating widgets, building reports, or performing manual analysis.

  • Leverage existing dashboard widgets: When relevant widgets already exist, Copilot uses them to retrieve and interpret the underlying data.

  • Verify the source of every answer: View the widgets and data sources used to generate the response, ensuring transparency and trust in the insights provided.

This makes it easier for you to access data, reduces manual effort, and helps you work with reports more quickly and intuitively.

Steps to View QnA Response

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Service tab, click Care Reporting within Analyze.

  2. Select All Dashboards from the left pane and select the relevant dashboard you want to see.

  3. Click the Copilot icon in the top right corner.

  4. This opens a Copilot conversation pane on the right-hand side of the window.

  5. Enter a reporting-related question in the Copilot query bar.

  6. Copilot lets you ask direct questions and instantly retrieve quantitative insights without creating widgets or manually analyzing reports. It uses existing dashboard widgets whenever relevant data is available and automatically generates an AI-powered virtual view when needed. You can also review the underlying widget or data source used to generate each response, providing greater transparency and confidence in the insights. It helps to:

    1. Get answers instantly through natural language queries.

    2. Reuse existing dashboard widgets whenever possible.

    3. Generate AI-powered virtual views on demand.

    4. View the source widget or data behind each response.

    5. Eliminate manual reporting and analysis efforts.

  7. You can click the Sources icon at the bottom-right of the response to review the widget sources used by Copilot to generate the insights.

  8. A pane will open on the right-hand side of the window.

  9. The Sources pane displays the data source used to generate the answer, which can be:

    1. A widget already present on the dashboard, or

    2. A dynamically generated virtual widget created by Copilot.

    Note: You can include the widget from the source in the dashboard if desired.

  10. Review the widget in the Sources pane to understand the data, filters, and date range used to generate the response.
