DIM_ACCOUNT_PROPERTY

Updated

The Account Property table stores descriptive and operational details related to Accounts created on the Sprinklr Platform (i.e. SMS, Sprinklr Voice, Live Chat, etc.) and their associated assets - including identifiers, status, ownership, channels, system configuration flags, custom fields, etc.

Below are some of the scenarios where this Report is beneficial:

  • Account and Asset Performance Analysis: Analyze interactions, cases, and messages by account, channel, or asset to understand performance and engagement across SMS, Voice, Live Chat, and other platforms.

  • Account Segmentation and Operational Reporting: Segment accounts based on status, ownership, channel, or custom attributes to support targeted reporting, monitoring, and business operations.

  • Customer Journey and Case Tracking: Link conversations, cases, and activities to the correct account or asset, providing a complete view of customer interactions and account history.
