EVENT_AUDIT_LOG
Updated
The EVENT_AUDIT_LOG dynamic table provides comprehensive tracking of configuration and system-level changes across the platform. Each change event is recorded with details such as asset type, change type, timestamps, and the initiating user or agent. It also captures contextual metadata like module name, event path, server information, and additional dimensions in semi-structured format. This table is essential for auditing, compliance, and troubleshooting, offering full visibility into who made changes, what was changed, and when the changes occurred. Below are some of the scenarios where this Report is beneficial:
Configuration Change Auditing: Track who made configuration changes, what assets were modified, and when the changes occurred to support governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
Issue Investigation and Troubleshooting: Analyze change events, timestamps, modules, and system metadata to identify configuration updates that may have contributed to operational issues or unexpected system behavior.
Platform Usage and Change Management Reporting: Monitor activity across modules and asset types to understand change patterns, assess adoption of new configurations, and maintain visibility into platform administration activities.
