EVENT_PROCESS_EXECUTION

Updated

The EVENT_WORKFLOW_EXECUTION_LOG dynamic table captures detailed information about workflow executions, including start and end timestamps, execution state, process definition identifiers, reached activities, and transition paths. It also stores workflow variables, additional dimensions, and measurements that provide context for execution behavior and performance. This table is designed to monitor, audit, and optimize workflow processes by enabling analysis of execution timelines, identifying bottlenecks, and improving automation efficiency across customer service and operational workflows. Below are some of the scenarios where this Report is beneficial:

  • Workflow Performance Monitoring: Analyze execution timelines, states, and completion paths to measure workflow efficiency and identify failed or incomplete executions.

  • Bottleneck and Path Analysis: Review reached activities, transition paths, and processing durations to locate delays and optimize workflow design.

  • Workflow Auditing and Troubleshooting: Track execution history, process definitions, variables, and contextual metadata to investigate issues, validate automation behavior, and support compliance requirements.
