Enable Service Analytics Reporting in Persona Views

With the introduction of Service Analytics as a data source, support is now extended to Personas through the Service-dedicated URL, enabling end users to access a more seamless and optimized experience. This article outlines the different integrations and explains how to enable them.

Enabling Service Analytics Reporting in Persona Views

  1. To enable Service Analytics Reporting in Persona Apps Manager, you must refer to the following articles, access the Persona Apps Manager, and make edits to it. Once the persona app is edited you will have access to the Reporting Access page.

  2. Select the Reporting Access page, then select the Reporting Dashboard and open the dashboard.

  3. In the 3rd pane under Module Type select Reporting Insights and click the check box which says Use service analytics. With this all the reports that you configure through a persona will, it will be routed by Service Analytics instead of Social Analytics.

  4. Click Save.
