The Associated Entities tab in the Request Form third pane shows all messages, campaigns, sub-campaigns, and projects linked to a request. This view lets you manage all related entities from a single screen and take action quickly.

In this article, you will learn how to:

• Associate one or more entities with a request

• View associated entities

• Disassociate entities from a request

Associate Entities with a Request

​

1. Go to the My Requests production dashboard.

2. Find the request you want to update and click the View Details icon ()to open the request third pane.

3. In the Overview tab, click Associate Entity at the top.

   ​

4. Select the entity type from:

   • Message

   • Campaign

   • Sub-Campaign

   • Project

   For Build Your Own Forms, you can associate multiple campaigns, sub-campaigns, messages and projects at the same time.

   For Entity Specific Forms such as the Campaign Request Form, you can associate multiple campaigns.

5. Choose the entity from the dropdown list, you can also create new entity from here.

   ​

6. Click Done after selecting the required entity.

You can also associate entities to your request by clicking vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the request and selecting Associate Entity from the dropdown menu.

View Associated Entities

You can view all linked entities in either of the following tabs:

Disassociate Entities

1. Open the Associated Entities tab in the request third pane.

2. Hover over the entity you want to remove.

3. Click the Disassociate asset icon to unlink the entity from the request.

The Associated Entities tab helps you keep all related messages, campaigns, sub-campaigns, and projects connected to your requests in one place. By associating, viewing, and disassociating entities directly from the request third pane, you can manage dependencies more efficiently and take action without switching screens.
