Send an Auto-Response via Case Update Rule

In Rule Engine, now you have an option to send an auto-response to case update rule just like the Inbound Rules.

Send an Auto-Response To Case Update Rule

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Manage Rules within Triage.
  2. In the top right corner, select Create New Rule and click New Rule.

  3. Enter a name and an optional description to your new Rule. Under Context select, Case Update to execute the rule on.

  4. In the Rule Engine Builder, add Rule Conditions.

  5. Then click the Icon_Space_Add_Plus_Circle.png icon and click Add Action to add action.

  6. On the right side of the dashboard, you can see the Edit Action column. You can find Auto respond to a message in the list of Actions.

  7. Select Action and select the case from the list.
