Widget Generation in Copilot
Updated
This article introduces Copilot's Widget Generation feature, enabling users to easily create reporting widgets using natural language. This one-click, AI-driven tool converts intricate service reporting widgets into concise, actionable summaries. It examines the core data and presents key insights directly with the widget, eliminating the need for manual exploration. Instead of navigating multiple dropdowns to choose metrics, dimensions, and reports, users can simply describe what they need, and Copilot automatically generates the widget.
This capability streamlines widget configuration, saving time and effort while maintaining precision. By intelligently understanding user input, Copilot empowers teams and clients to develop reports that meet their specific requirements, resulting in more adaptable, tailored, and effective dashboards.
Business Use Cases
Faster Report Creation: As a user, you want to quickly generate widgets by entering metrics, dimensions, and reports in natural language, so you don’t waste time navigating long lists of options.
Simplified Dashboard Building: As a user, you want to add widgets directly to your dashboard without manual setup, so you can focus more on analyzing data and less on configuration.
Client-Friendly Setup: As a client, you want an intuitive way to create widgets without deep technical knowledge, so you can independently build dashboards for your use cases.
You can create widgets conversationally through a simple text prompt, with the system automatically mapping metrics, dimensions, and reports to the correct configuration. It also provides a seamless way to expand and review the widget before finalizing it in your dashboard, making the entire process faster and more intuitive.
Setting Up Widget Generation
Navigate to Sprinklr Service and go to Service Reporting under Analyze.
Select the relevant Dashboard from the Reporting Dashboard Record Manager.
Click Sprinklr Copilot on the top right pane.
In the pop-up window, select "Create a Widget" and fill in the necessary information, including the metric name, dimension name, and report name. Copilot will then handle the request and automatically generate the widget.
The new widget includes an Expand feature, which lets you view Copilot in full-screen mode. Widgets can be created in visualizations like tables, pie charts, bar graphs, and line graphs.
After the review is complete, click the "+ Add Custom Widget" button to immediately integrate the widget into your desired custom dashboard.
