Response Case Properties Widget

These properties are selected at the survey level, meaning any case associated with a response to that survey will follow a specific layout of properties. The layout being defined on this settings screen determines which properties will be applied to those cases.
Prerequisites
To access Close Loop Feedback, you would need Program Level Permissions. You will require Program Level View, Edit, and Delete permissions to gain access to it:
View: Helps to view the feature.
Edit: Helps to edit the feature.
Delete: Helps to delete the feature.

Setting Up Case Properties Widget
Go to Sprinklr Insights and navigate to Customer Feedback Management Persona App.
Go to Global Settings and under case settings, go to Response Case Properties Widget.


Click + Response Care Properties Widget.

Fill in the details in the Create Case Response Properties Widget.

Name: Assign a meaningful name to the Case Properties Widget to ensure it is easily recognisable when associating it with a survey.
Description: Add a meaningful description.
In the properties section, fill in the following details:
Properties Section Name: Enter the name of the properties section.
Field: Select the properties field. You can select the Profile Fields, Response Fields and Transaction Fields linked to the survey response.
Note: Only active Survey and Transaction Custom Fields that are shared with All Programs will be available for inclusion in a Case Properties Widget.
You can add more properties sections by clicking on + Properties Section. This section helps to group properties designed to help agents easily locate related details about a customer’s response or interaction.
Click Save.
How to select a Widget for a Survey?
Let us understand the steps to select widget for a survey:
Navigate to a Survey and access the Survey.
Navigate to the Settings option of that Survey.

Go to Response Case Properties Widget option in Response Settings and click Configure and from the dropdown select the Response Case Properties Widget selected.


Click Save.
This widget will now appear for all the cases associated with that particular survey. This means the layout is created globally with pre-filled values and will now be associated at a case level.
