Adding a brand logo gives users the power to fetch mentions and run insights to understand where their or competitors' brand logos are visible and help brands uncover the sentiments, and track usage & sharing of the logo.

Steps to get a brand logo added (to listen)

1. Fill the request form Link .

2. In the request, please share the name with which you would like to have your logo associated.

3. Share a high-definition image of the logo so that Sprinklr can train ML models on the logo.

4. Once the logo is added, the Machine Learning team will inform the person requesting the addition through Teams or Email. It takes upto 5 days to have the logo added. • Name of the brand: Sprinklr

• Reference image: Brand's Logo

Upon receiving the request, the ML team will have the model trained to identify your logo and enabled in your environment within a week.
