Add and Manage TikTok Ad Accounts

Updated

TikTok is a video-sharing social networking service with over 1 billion active users worldwide. Being one of the most downloaded apps in the world and having an extensive user base, TikTok offers a unique opportunity for brands to engage at the forefront of trends.

Before You Begin

If you are not a TikTok user and do not have an account, you will need to set up a TikTok account to advertise on TikTok. For more information, see Create a TikTok Ads Account.

Note

  • The TikTok account needs to be a Business Account to be added to Sprinklr.

  • Please ensure that the user adding the ad account into Sprinklr has access to only the necessary TikTok identities/organic accounts linked to the Business Manager where the ad account resides. If the user has access to multiple accounts linked to the Business Center, then posts from all those accounts will be grabbed from the respective identities in Sprinklr.

If you don't want to change the user permissions, please contact Support along with the identity/account id linked for which you do not want the posts to be grabbed into Sprinklr.

To Add a TikTok Ad Account

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Governance Console tab, click All Settings within Listen.

  2. On the Platform Settings window, select Social Accounts within Platform Modules.
