Sprinklr has partnered with one of China’s leading data vendors to fetch data from channels like Xiaohongshu and Kuaishou.

These are some of the most popular apps that are used in China for sharing user-generated content in the form of videos, pictures, or text.

This data will now be available to clients upon request only.

Key highlights

• All data coming for these 2 channels will be anonymised owing to compliance with Chinese PIPL data regulations.

• Both Historical and Live data flow will be supported for all these 2 channels.

• Xiaohongshu mentions will be present under Blogs and Kuaishou mentions will be present under Videos source.

  

Query formats

• Total of 2000 KWs (Chinese characters) are allowed or 4000 English Alphabets per client | Supported operators = OR, AND, NOT

• Total 1024 combinations are allowed.

• Data will be available on Sprinklr platform within 48 hours of this form submission.

Requesting Data from Xiaohongshu, and Kuaishou

Data Expected: 

• Xiaohongshu: Blogs and Blog comments 

• Kuaishou: Video and video comments 

Steps to follow: 

1. Fill out the Chinese Sources Form with all the required details and provide the specific keywords to raise to the vendor.

2. Once the form is filled out, create topics in the environment accordingly with the provided keywords. Make sure to enable these topics. 

3. After all the topics are created on your end, kindly raise a support ticket to track this request.
