Sprinklr Copilot simplifies the process of finding posts and drafts in the Editorial Calendar or Planner using natural language. Whether you're new to Sprinklr or aiming to work more efficiently, Copilot lets you accomplish tasks without the hassle of navigating complex filters.
Note: Natural language search is ideal for users who may not be familiar with Sprinklr’s advanced filtering tools or those who want to work quickly without the need for complex configurations. It allows teams to discover content and take action efficiently—without depending on pre-built boards or technical setup.
Key Capabilities
Search for posts using natural language (e.g., Show me posts with negative sentiment from last week).
Take context from screen for ease of filtering posts.
How Copilot Understands Context
Copilot delivers more accurate and relevant results by:
Considering your on-screen message/post level filters and selected time range.
Using the context of your previous queries in the same chat.
Factoring in descriptions of message-level custom fields visible in Planner - so it’s important to keep these fields well-labeled for best results.
How to Use Social Copilot
Open the Planner/Editorial Calendar screen in Sprinklr.
Click on the Sprinklr Copilot icon.
Type your query in plain English (e.g., Show me posts which failed to publish last month).
Review the Copilot response and click Apply Filters to view the matching posts on your screen.
From there, you can:
View and interact with the filtered posts.
Apply bulk actions (e.g., tag, assign, archive).
Save the filter configuration as a new board for future use.
Tips for Better Results
Be specific in your queries (e.g., Show Posts that failed in last 7 days).
No need to mention time range if the planner is already in the desired time range.
Use natural language to refine results (e.g., Exclude Twitter posts, Show the ones created by me).
Ensure custom fields in Planner have clear description to improve Copilot’s accuracy.
