Note: Social Copilot is currently in Limited Availability (LA) Phase. To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.

How to Use Sprinklr Assist

To get started:

  1. Go to the Planner screen in Sprinklr.
