Sprinklr Copilot for Social - Widget Builder
Updated
Overview
Sprinklr Copilot for Social enhances reporting capabilities with the introduction of the Widget Builder. This feature allows users to create reporting widgets using natural language, making data exploration faster and more intuitive.
Earlier, when users asked reporting-related queries that did not already have a corresponding widget on the dashboard, Copilot would generate the results in the backend. Users could then review the sources and manually add the widget to their dashboard.
With this enhancement, Copilot can now generate widgets directly using natural language queries within the chat interface, significantly streamlining the reporting workflow.
Note:
Sprinklr Copilot for Social is now generally available and will be accessible to all users of Sprinklr customers as a GA feature. If you require user-level permission control for Sprinklr Copilot for Social, please reach out to your Success Manager (SM) or raise a ticket at support@sprinklr.com.

Best Practices and Tips
Be Specific: Ask about specific and measurable metrics like impressions, reach, or engagement rate to get precise and actionable response.
Name Wisely: Use clear, descriptive names for custom metrics and widgets to improve Copilot accuracy.
Prefer section summaries for Large Dashboards: For large dashboards, section summaries offer more consistent insights.
Give Feedback: Use the thumbs icons to help improve Copilot’s accuracy.
Data Scope: Previously, the Reporting Copilot supported only outbound data, including social metrics such as the number of posts published, likes, and overall engagement. Now, inbound support is being introduced. With this enhancement, users can:
Summarize comments on a post
Analyze audience sentiment (e.g., positive, negative, neutral)
Detect intent within comments, such as identifying questions, complaints, or feedback
Response Time: As part of a limited release, responses may take 1–2 minutes, especially for large dashboards. We continuously improving the the response time.
