Adding Yelp as a review source

Learn how to add Yelp as a review source in Business Locations.
From Location Insights, you can add your company's Yelp URL as a source directly in the Business Location when adding a new Location. This will allow you to pull in Yelp reviews.
Enablement note: To learn more about enabling this feature in your environment, please contact your Success Manager.
To add Yelp URL in the Business Location
Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Locations under Learn.
On the Business Locations window, click Add Location in the top right corner.
On the Add Location popup window, enter the basic details, address, other details, sources, etc.
Under Pages Source option within the Sources section, click the drop-down arrow and select Yelp.
Under Sources URL option, enter the Yelp URL. Refer to the screenshot for the correct URL format.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
Note:
The business locations will start pulling in Yelp Review source data after 72 hours of creation and thereafter, every 6 hours, the reviews will be refreshed.
Sprinklr can only fetch yelp review data for owned yelp accounts only.
