Use Sprinklr AI+ to summarize messages in Stream, Post Card, and Inline Table widgets

In this article, you will learn how to summarize lengthy messages in the Stream, Post Card, and Inline Editable Table widgets using Sprinklr AI+.
Long texts in messages/posts can be challenging to read and very time-consuming. Thanks to Sprinklr AI+ integration with Sprinklr Insights, allowing you to summarize all your lengthy messages in the Stream (aka Conversation Stream), Post Card, and Inline Editable Table widgets. By summarizing the messages, you can discern the most important ideas in a message while ignoring irrelevant information. The Summarize functionality powered by Sprinklr AI+ will help you integrate the central ideas of a message in a meaningful way.
To summarize a message in the Stream widget
Open a Listening dashboard on which you have plotted the Stream widget.
Go to the Stream widget and look for the message that has 700+ characters.
All the messages that have 700+ characters will have the Summarize button in the top left corner.
Clicking the "Generate Summary" button will auto-generate the message summary.
You can regenerate the summary by simply clicking the Refresh icon.
Note:
The Summarize functionality will only be available for messages that have 700+ characters.
It works only for Stream, Post Card, and Inline Editable Table widgets.
It does not work with premium sources, such as Sina Weibo, TVEyes, Dow Jones Factiva, etc.
