Personalized Shortcuts provide a persona‑optimized layout in the Sprinklr Mobile App. They adapt to your day‑to‑day responsibilities and surface only the most relevant options, helping you complete common tasks quickly and efficiently.This feature is designed for users across marketing, care, and research roles who use the Sprinklr Mobile App as part of their daily workflow.
Use Cases for Personalized Shortcuts
Personalized Shortcuts help you:
Get started quickly with preconfigured personas that closely align with your role
Access frequently used capabilities for daily activities such as approvals, tasks, publishing, and calendar views
Reduce navigation by keeping commonly used actions readily available
Update shortcuts at any time to reflect changes in your workflow or preferences
Update the Personalized Shortcuts
You can modify your Personalized Shortcuts at any time from within the Sprinklr Mobile App.
Log in to the Sprinklr Mobile Application. For more information, refer to the Logging in to the Sprinklr Mobile Application article.
Tap the Menu icon
in the bottom right corner of the screen.
On the Menu screen, tap your User Icon in the top left corner to access the Quick User Menu.
Tap Personalized Shortcuts to open the personalized shortcuts screen.
On the Personalizes Shortcuts screen, you will see shortcuts preconfigured based on your most recent persona selection.
You can customize shortcuts based on your need.
Tap Done to save your changes.
Note: As part of the initial app setup, you must define your primary role by selecting one of the available personas. Based on the selected persona, the app automatically configures default shortcuts that you can further personalize.For more information, see Log in to the Mobile Application.
