This article explains how to download the Sprinklr Mobile App and log in for the first time from your mobile device. It is intended for users across marketing, customer care, research, analytics, and leadership roles who access Sprinklr on the go.

Downloading the Sprinklr Application

For Android Users,

1. Open Google Play Store on your device.

2. In the Search box, enter Sprinklr.

3. From the search results, select Sprinklr app and install it.

For Apple (iOS) Users,

1. Open the App Store on your device.

2. In the Search box, enter Sprinklr.

3. From the search results, select the Sprinklr app and install it.

Log In to the Sprinklr Mobile App

To access your Sprinklr environment on the Sprinklr Mobile Application for the first time:

1. Launch the Application: Open the Sprinklr Mobile App on your mobile device and tap Get Started to open the Welcome screen.

   

2. Enter Login Details: On the Welcome screen, either

   • Enter the email address provided by your organization, or

   • Enter your company domain (example, https://space.sprinklr.com or the URL specified by your organization under the Sprinklr domain) and tap Continue.

   Note: The Sprinklr Mobile Application supports both Email Login and Company Domain Login.

   

3. Authenticate: Authentication steps vary based on the login method you choose.

   • Company Domain

     • Enter the domain https://space.sprinklr.com or the URL specified for your organization under the Sprinklr domain and click Continue.

     • Enter your email address & password and tap Login.

   • Email

     • Enter your email address and click Continue.

     • If prompted, select your Login Environment.

     • Enter your Password and tap Login.

4. Select a Persona: After logging in, as a part of the App setup, you'll be prompted to choose your primary role by choosing a persona. This step helps personalize the Sprinklr Mobile App experience by configuring role‑based shortcuts and navigation. For more information on Personas, see Personas in Sprinklr mobile app.

   Note: This screen may not appear if you already have a default persona assigned in your User Settings via the desktop version. This screen is only displayed for users who have not configured a persona.

5. Customize Shortcuts: Based on your selected Persona, you'll be directed to Personalizes Shortcuts screen. Here, you'll see pre-defined shortcuts tailored for your persona. You can further customize these shortcuts as needed and tap Done to complete setup. For more information, see Personalized Shortcuts.

Log In Using Single Sign-On (SSO) 

If Single Sign‑On (SSO) is enabled for your organization:

1. Launch the Sprinklr Mobile App from your mobile.

2. On the Welcome screen, either enter the Email specified for your organization or Company Domain (you are required to enter the domain https://space.sprinklr.com or the URL specified for your organization under the Sprinklr domain) and tap Continue.

3. If SSO is enabled for your domain, then you can Use Single Sign-On to log in as shown in the following image.

   Note: The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) login is also supported in Sprinklr Mobile App, if enabled for your account.
