The following standard dashboards are available to provide insights into key operational areas:

  • Forecasting Reports

  • Scheduling Reports

  • Time Off Reports

  • Attendance Reports

These dashboards allow you to track workforce performance, evaluate schedule and staffing outcomes, monitor agent availability, and gain visibility into important operational metrics. Each dashboard is organized into sections that group related reports and widgets, making it easier to access the information you need and analyze workforce data from different perspectives.

To learn about the standard dashboards available for reporting and analysis, see Standard Dashboards. These dashboards are available in Sprinklr Service Reporting and are powered by the Service Analytics Data Source.

Attendance Reports

The Attendance Reports dashboard provides a comprehensive view of agent attendance by consolidating data from scheduled shifts, activities, Time Off, and Shift Trade records. This dashboard helps you monitor attendance patterns, compare scheduled and actual agent activity, and gain visibility into factors that affect workforce availability.

Some metrics in this dashboard are categorized based on the agent’s attendance status. The following are the descriptions of these statuses:

  • Day Off: The agent had a scheduled Day Off.

  • Present: The agent worked the entire scheduled period without any Time Off or Out-of-Office Activity.

  • Absent: The agent had a scheduled shift but recorded an Adherence score of 0%.

  • Planned Leave: The agent had an approved full-day Time Off.

  • Unplanned Leave: The agent did not work and had an unplanned absence recorded as Out-of-Office Activity.

  • Present & Unplanned Leave: The agent worked part of the scheduled period but had some unplanned Out-of-Office Activity.

  • Present & Planned Leave: The agent worked part of the scheduled period with approved Partial Time Off.

Attendance Report

The Attendance Report widget provides a detailed view of agent attendance for each schedule date. It combines information about scheduled work, actual adherence to scheduled activities, attendance status, Time Off records, and Shift Trade activity to help you understand an agent's availability and attendance patterns over time.

Using this report, you can review how much time an agent was scheduled to work, how much of that time was spent in adherence to the schedule, and whether any attendance-related events, such as Time Off or Shift Trades, affected the agent's workday. The widget also shows the Activities assigned to the agents for that day and categorizes each day using an attendance status, making it easier to distinguish between worked days, planned leave, unplanned absences, and days off.

This information helps you monitor attendance trends, identify attendance exceptions, and gain a clearer understanding of factors that influence workforce availability and schedule adherence.

Attendance Report with Shift

The Attendance Report with Shift widget provides a detailed view of agent attendance in the context of their assigned work shifts. It combines shift information, scheduled work duration, adherence data, attendance status, Time Off records, and Shift Trade activity to help you understand how an agent's attendance aligns with their scheduled shifts.

Using this Widget, you can review the shift assigned to each agent, including the shift name, start time, and end time, alongside the amount of time they were scheduled to work and the time they spent adhering to their schedule. The report also highlights whether a shift was affected by a Shift Trade or Time Off request and categorizes each workday using an attendance status.

By providing attendance information together with shift details, this report helps you assess schedule coverage, identify attendance exceptions, and understand how absences, Time Off, and Shift Trades affect workforce availability. The day-of-week view also makes it easier to identify attendance patterns and trends across different days and shifts.
