Insights Hub on Sprinklr Mobile and Tablet Application

The Insights Hub on the Sprinklr mobile and tablet application helps you discover, analyze, and collaborate on key business patterns directly from your device. It enables you to explore insights, understand their underlying drivers, track trends, and discuss findings with your team without switching to a desktop.

This guide explains how to navigate the Insights Hub, explore insight details, manage insight statuses, and collaborate effectively.

Navigate to Insights Hub

To access Insights Hub:

  1. Open the Sprinklr mobile or tablet application.

  2. From the bottom navigation panel, select Insights Hub.

The Insights Hub opens and displays all available insights based on your access and permissions.

Navigate Between Insights Hub Sections

At the top of the Insights Hub screen, you can use the dropdown arrow in the header to navigate between different sections.

Available Sections

From the dropdown menu, you can access the following views:

  • Home
    Displays all active insights. This is the default view where you discover and monitor insights.

  • Saved
    Displays insights that you have saved for quick access. Saved insights help you track important insights for ongoing review.

  • Insight Groups
    Displays a list of available insight groups. Select an insight group to view only the insights associated with that group.

  • Archived
    Displays insights that have been archived and are removed from active monitoring.

This navigation allows you to quickly switch contexts without leaving the Insights Hub.

Insights Hub Home Screen

The Home view displays a scrollable list of insights in the form of Insight Cards.

Insight Cards

Each Insight Card provides a summary of an insight and includes:

  • Insight title

  • Read status (New, Unread, Read, or Recurring)

  • Case count

  • Impact score (Low, Medium, or High)

  • Insight group or owning team

  • Last updated date

Use this information to quickly prioritize which insights need attention.

Filter, Sort, and Search Insights

Filter Insights

Filters help you narrow down insights based on specific criteria.

To apply a filter:

  1. Select Filter at the top of the screen.

  2. Choose a filter type, such as Insight Group.

  3. Select the required value.

The insights list updates automatically.

Sort Insights

Sorting controls the order in which insights appear.

To sort insights:

  1. Select Sort.

  2. Choose an option such as Last Modified Time.

Search Insights

To find a specific insight:

  1. Select the Search icon.

  2. Enter keywords related to the insight title.

Manage Insight Read Status

All insights display a Read/New status tag.

Mark an Insight as Unread

If you want to revisit an insight later, you can mark it as unread.

To mark an insight as unread:

  1. Open the Insight Card.

  2. Select the More options menu (three dots).

  3. Select Mark as Unread.

The insight is updated with the New or Unread status.

Open an Insight

To explore an insight in detail:

  • Tap any Insight Card from the list.

The Insight Details page opens.

Insight Details Page

The Insight Details page allows you to explore an insight deeply and collaborate with your team. You can navigate between different tabs using the top tab bar.

Available Tabs

  • Overview

  • Root Causes

  • Top Contributors

  • Drilldown

  • Comments

Overview Tab

The Overview tab provides a consolidated summary of the insight.

Insight Header

The header displays:

  • Insight title

  • Insight status (New, Read, or Recurring)

  • Total case count

  • Impact score

  • Owning team or insight group

Trend Visualization

A line chart shows how the primary metric (such as case count) changes over time.

  • The X-axis represents time by day.

  • The Y-axis represents the metric value.

  • Peaks and drops help identify anomalies or sudden changes.

Insight Metadata

Below the chart, you can view:

  • Created date

  • Last modified date

Root Causes Tab

The Root Causes tab explains why the insight exists.

What You Can Do

  • View a ranked list of root causes contributing to the insight.

  • Identify recurring issues, behaviors, or process gaps.

  • Select View more to open an expanded list of root causes.

This tab helps you focus on the most impactful drivers behind the insight.

Top Contributors Tab

The Top Contributors tab highlights the entities that contribute most to the insight.

What You Can View

  • Top contributors such as categories, agents, products, or channels.

  • Contribution levels based on volume or impact.

This view helps you understand who or what is driving the insight.

Drilldown Tab

The Drilldown tab allows you to explore the data behind the insight using a reporting lens.

What You Can Do

  • Open detailed reports related to the insight.

  • Analyze supporting data such as:

    • Individual cases

    • Category-level breakdowns

    • Time-based trends

This helps validate insights and gather evidence for decision-making.

Comments Tab

The Comments tab enables collaboration directly within the insight.

What You Can Do

  • Add comments to share observations or recommendations.

  • Ask follow-up questions.

  • Read comments added by other team members.

All discussions related to the insight are captured in one place.
